FLATIRON LOFT

Once an art gallery, this 4,000sf Flatiron loft was completely gutted and reimagined as a vibrant family home. Bold color, playful details, and an open plan now set the stage for both everyday living and entertaining, all while showcasing the client’s striking art collection.

The clients purchased this 4,000sf loft which was at the time of purchase was an art gallery. The apartment was completely gutted and brought back to the studs to create a new and open floorplan. The space was designed for entertaining and family living. We seamlessly integrated the client's impressive glass art collection into the architecture and design. The blank canvas of the space allowed us to play with vibrant splashes of color, infusing a sense of playfulness and creativity into the ambiance.
